A delicious way to bake Brussels Sprouts

Serves: 2 servings
  • 10-15 Brussels Sprouts
  • ⅛ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Cut Brussels in half length-wise and place cut-side down in small pan. (I use a pie pan)
  2. Pour in cream and season with salt and pepper
  3. Cut bacon into small squares and cover sprouts
  4. Cover with both cheeses
  5. Bake on 350° for 25 minutes until sprouts are fork-tender
