    • Well, kind of. After I hit my low of 200 lbs, my weight starting creeping up a bit to 240 lbs and has stayed there for over a year. The crazy thing about this 240 plateau is how unbelievably sticky it is. No amount of of Keto, IF, protein leveraging, working out or anything else I’ve used in the past to move the needle is of any use. My personal belief is one big issue is whatever is causing my high blood pressure is causing so much stress and inflammation that my body doesn’t want to let go of the excess weight. I am saving up to get a sonogram on my kidneys to see if there is a blood flow issue there that is causing the problem but as of right now, all I know is something beyond my diet is keeping me from losing weight. Although, I’m perfectly happy with a 160 lb weight loss if that is all I ever achieve but I would love to lose about 50 lbs more.
