My Chaffle Bread Recipe

This is a super simple “bread” recipe I use everytime I make hamburgers. One of the things you miss when you go low carb is those handy breads that let you hold hamburgers, sandwiches and other meaty goodnesses. This let’s you eat a hamburger like a normal person without getting your hands dirty.

Put 1 cup of shredded low moisture mozzarella cheese, one egg and any flavors you want into a bowl. The flavors can be a little garlic, some chopped onion, some herbs from your garden, whatever you want or you can skip this step. The chaffle tastes great with just the cheese and egg.

Stir the cheese and egg mixture until the cheese is coated in egg and put in a waffle iron until golden brown. Let it cool for a minute and Presto! Instant bread for your burgers.
