Last week I was at 256.4, today I’m at 255.2 lbs, a loss of 1.2 lbs. I’ll take it! Last night I put off punching another hole in my belt and almost paid the price of mooning a co-worker. Today, I’m definitely not going to work without doing that. I am almost to the point that I need to go ahead and buy new pants as well.
Last week was the last week I was dogsitting my son’s dog which required a mile long walk every day and to see how quickly that made the weight come off, I think I might keep doing that. I have been thinking about going back to doing the kettlebell exercises I used to do. I enjoyed that and it seemed to be a very effective full body workout and I’ve got this 30 lb kettlebell just sitting here doing nothing. Might as well put it to good use.
I have to say, I’m a little surprised at how quickly the weight is continuing to come off. Last time, this was the point where things really started to slow down but as long as I can hit my goal of a pound or two a week, I’m happy.
