Last week I was at 255.2, this week I am at 256.6 so I gained 1.4 pounds. Not great but I’ve seen this happen before and it resulted in a significant weight loss the next week so as long as the trend continues, I’m not worried but we will see.
Fortunately, I’ve been doing this for long enough to not be worried about stalls or setbacks. I just need to stick with the program and remind myself I’ve lost 55 lbs so far this year.
