Last week I was at 248.6, this week I am at 247.2, a loss of 1.4 lbs. That is fantastic, almost double what I lost last week. Although I feel like all the easy pounds are gone and now the progress has slowed considerably. But I guess I shouldn’t complain about any movement in the right direction.
Overall. I’m just continuing to focus on a mostly meat diet and riding my bike back and forth to work. Everyday I do a little exercise, get a little sun, get as much sleep as I can and focus on eating good food. Things are continuing to go in the direction I want but I sure would like to hit the next goalpost of 240 lbs.
