It’s time for a Weightloss Wednesday! As of this morning I am at 227.4 lbs which means I am 172.6 lbs down! It also means I have lost about a pound and a half in the last week which is awesome. It also means that I am creeping ever closer to my next goal of 220. It’s so close!
Other than the weight loss, there is almost nothing else to talk about. I have been going strong with the ketogenic diet and someone in the 28 Day Challenge group is sending me their Ketonix that they don’t need anymore (thanks Sharon!) so soon I’ll be able to actually see my ketone levels which will be pretty cool.
As for exercise, I’ve REALLY been slacking off and only walking my dog about 2 miles a day. I can feel the old tightness that used to be in my hips before I started stretching everyday begin to creep back in and I’m starting to do that thing where I walk like an old man for the first few steps after I get out of a chair. I really need to get back to where I’m at least doing some squats everyday to loosen up my hips.
That’s pretty much it! Life is good and I am feeling good.
