It’s Weightloss Wednesday! The scale read 292.9 this morning so that’s a hair over 17 lbs gone since the first of the year, which is encouraging because I haven’t really had the ability to exercise for the last 2 weeks because of some family issues. That’s great because it reinforces my opinion that exercise is a poor way to lose weight and what you eat is more important than what you physically do. Not that you shouldn’t exercise, it’s just that weightloss isn’t much of a benefit of exercise.
