4/10 Weightloss Wednesday: Knees?

It’s time for Weightloss Wednesday! As of this morning, I am at 241.8 lbs which means that the weight I lost from a week of no cheese has returned.

Honestly at this point, I don’t even care anymore. There isn’t anything I can do to my diet to get away from 240 lbs. It’s actually pretty amazing to witness as I try different approaches to diet composition and timing as well as exercise and nothing happens. I’m not even mad anymore, impressed is more like it. Just watching my body fight like hell to keep an extra 50 lbs on. At least I’m not gaining anything.

As for exercise, this has been interesting. My knees started hurting last week so I stopped doing anything with my lower body and have pretty much stuck to pushups and a few other chest exercises but I’m getting a bit concerned. I have never had knee pain before, not even when I was 400 lbs. I have also never had a pain that lasted more than a few days. This doesn’t seem to be going away.

I had such huge success doing exercises to strengthen my back that I’m wondering if there are exercises available that will strengthen knees and fix knee pain. If anyone knows any that worked for them, let me know. I’m also thinking about changing my shoes and see if that is an issue.

How did you do this week? Let me know in the comments below!
