It’s time for another Weightloss Wednesday! I forgot to weigh myself this morning because I had an early morning dentist’s appointment to get my new crown put in. Don’t drink soft drinks folks! They will make you fat and rot your teeth. But yesterday morning I clocked in at 265.3 lbs which means I am just a hair shy of 35 Lbs gone for the year and 135 lbs down from my heaviest weight of 400lbs. I don’t think I’m going to be able to meet my goal of being at 160 before the end of May but I knew that 10 lb a month weight loss wasn’t sustainable so I’n not even close to upset. Just as long as that needle keeps moving in the right direction, I’m happy.
I hadn’t been able to ride my bike much lately because of a flat tire but yesterday I finally got around to replacing it and getting back on the thing. I decided to push myself to do 10 miles because of how little exercise I’ve gotten in this week and it felt great. I only wish I was faster so it didn’t take me an hour to do 10 miles. Surely I could get that down to 45 minutes? Maybe? We’ll see.
