Last week I was at 252.6 lbs, this week I am at 254.0, a gain of 1.4lbs. Gotta say I’m a little disappointed to see that. This is the first time my weight has been yo-yoing like this but I still lost 5 lbs since July 1st so I just have to keep on keeping on.
