I very much enjoyed this podcast. In fact, it might be my favorite so far,
Dr. Ballantyne is so passionate about this topic and so engaging that it was a lot of fun discussing our differing points of view on many things.
I have used the ketogenic diet for many years to reduce my weight and control other health issues Dr Ballantyne doesn’t believe the ketogenic diet is optimal for long term health.
The best part of this for me was getting to talk to someone who believes closely to what I believe but differs on a few key points.
She believes being in constant ketosis isn’t optimal for long term health.
I have not seen any issues for me or my wife or any of the many people I deal with day to day to say that is it is.
Regardless of that I very much enjoyed our conversation and found it very illuminating.
