The My Sugar Free Journey Podcast – Episode 148: Renee Jones

In this week’s My Sugar Free Journey Podcast, we are talking to Renee Jones about her work with emotional eating at PackYourOwnBag.com

This was a very interesting conversation about a topic I have become very curious about, the intersection between emotions and actions.  Or to put it another way, the difference between the head and the heart and how they influence each other.

The words of the Apostle Paul have always rung true to me,  “I do not understand my own actions. For I do not do what I want, but I do the very thing I hate.”  If there is a Bible verse that describes emotional eating and the struggle to stay on the path, it’s that one.

Fortunately Renee is here to give us some insight and some free goodies to help us on our journey that I will link to below.  Please enjoy this podcast and share it with a friend.  Thanks!

Remember that you can follow us on iTunes and I would really appreciate a review there on iTunes.
