10/11 Weightloss Wednesday: Working Overnight Sucks!

It’s time for Weightloss Wednesday!  And yes I know that it is technically Thursday but when my schedule suddenly changes to working overnight, I do what I can when I can.  As of this morning I am down to 236.8 lbs which is definitely a function of the added stress from working at night for a week.

I am a little out of sorts this week because on the very first night of working overnight, I tweaked my back which is something I have not had to deal with in several years.  I paused my handstand challenge for a few days just to get back to 100% and will probably get back to it tomorrow as it feels pretty good right now.  All that squatting and twisting I haven’t had to do in a long time reminded me that I am still an old man.

As for exercise, I stopped that also for a few days until my back gets back in shape but I’m wondering if I can get back to it tomorrow.  I miss my squats!  Which reminds me, I am still looking for squat rack so I can actually squat without hurting myself.  Something like this would be great.  If anyone knows where I can come up with something like that for free or next to free, please let me know.

That’s about it I guess.  Right now I’m just focused on getting through this week and remembering how much I HATE working overnight.  It’s gotta be the worst thing ever for my health and I’m grateful I don’t have to do it full time anymore.

How did you do this week?  Let me know in the comments!
