11/14 Weightloss Wednesday: A Lazy Week

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k-DRNc-Ltvk

It’s time for Weightloss Wednesday!  As of this morning I am at 239.8 lbs which means not much change since last week.

I would love to say that I have just been focusing on my exercise and taking care of myself but that has not been the case this week.  I have been SO LAZY this week.  I had to work overnight to cover for a coworker’s absence as he dealt with a death in the family and that always screws with my rhythm.  Add to that, it has been downright COLD this week and I haven’t wanted to go out back where my weights are and you had a perfect storm of reasons to do nothing.  The biggest thing I accomplished this week was watching Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat on Netflix.  (Very good by the way)

Now I’m looking at the week ahead and seeing Thanksgiving.  Oh boy.  That is going to be tough.  My goal is to get down a few pounds over the next few days because I will definitely be eating some food next Thursday.  We usually make sugar free desserts but that usually doesn’t stop me from putting on a few pounds.  I guess we will see what happens!

How did you do this week?  Let me know in the comments!
