It’s time for Weightloss Wednesday! As of this morning I am at 239.6 lbs which means the weight I put on after Halloween and my Mother-in-Law’s birthday is gone, which is great.
I have also been feeling under the weather for a few days now. I thought today was going to be the day that I got out of bed feeling 100% but I was still coughing up a little phlegm. I thought I was going to be able to get back to my normal exercise routine but thought it might be better to wait another day. No sense pushing myself and getting sicker.
I plan is to continue working on handstands as well. I wasn’t happy with my progress which was practically nil. I always knew I wasn’t athletic and very clumsy but I had no idea that my balance was that bad. I thought I would be able to figure it out but goodness, it is far more challenging than I thought. Nothing to do but keep practicing I guess.
