I’m checking in for another Weightloss Wednesday! I’m very disappointed this week because I ate a couple things I shouldn’t have on Easter and managed to undo about 2 weeks worth of work. I mean, how do you gain almost 3 pounds from one dang meal? It’s frustrating but I’ve got no one to blame but myself and nothing to do but get back to where I was and keep going.
I also finally finished Good Calories, Bad Calories by Gary Taubes and give what I think was the big takeaway from the book in this week’s video below.
