I get so much stuff in my inboxes that I want to comment on and can never find the time.  I’ve decided to make a short video where I can rant into the camera and not have to write a long post.  Hope you enjoy it.

Cholesterol-lowering drugs under-prescribed for prevention of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease – People are having trouble hitting their LDL goals.  The solution?  More statins of course!  God forbid anyone have a conversation about diet and exercise.

An inflammatory diet correlates with colorectal cancer risk – I agree with the headline but not with what makes you inflamed.  Stop eating sugars and grains!

PETA buys FaceBook Shares – Can’t wait until my Ribeye pics get suppressed by the new Vegan Facebook.

Stress reduction benefits from petting dogs, cats – Awesome study but can we just be honest and admit that dogs are superior to cats?
