What is Sugar Free and Keto Friendly at Dairy Queen?

This week we are looking at the tasty goodness that is Dairy Queen in our What is Sugar Free and Keto Friendly at Restaurants series

I grew in up in a town that had a Dairy Queen next door to a Dairy Twin and had a Dairy King a little farther down the road.  My mom would go to Dairy Twin for drinks because they had Vanilla Diet Coke and then Dairy Queen for food.  Dipping the Texas Toast in the cream gravy was what 10 year old me thought was the very height of fine cuisine.

Things that are NOT Keto at Dairy Queen.

As with most of these fast food restaurant lists, you are going to have to order ingredients.

There are some good options when it comes to salad but all the dressings have PUFAs so you will be eating them dry.  Or salt, pepper and mustard.  I don’t judge.  You do you.

You can find the Dairy Queen website here and the menu here
