7/5 Weightloss Wednesday: Starting My Kettlebells Again!

7/5 Weightloss Wednesday: Starting My Kettlebells Again!

It’s Weightloss Wednesday! As of this morning I’m at 202.8 which means I have lost 197.2 lbs so far.  It also means that I am at the exact same weight I was at last week.  A little disappointing but I feel good so I’ll take it.

I’ve talked a bit about not doing the kettlebell exercising anymore because I pulled a muscle a few months ago and then not starting back up again when the muscle healed.  I think somewhere in the back of my head I was worried about reinjuring myself so I had trouble finding the motivation necessary to start back up.  I decided to totally restart the program and go again from the beginning while spending at least 10-15 minutes before I ever pick up the kettlebell doing some stretching.  I think this will be what I need to do to get back in the swing (Get it? Kettlebell swings? Anyone?) of things and get to where I want to be.

Nothing much more to report.  My food is where it needs to be with the exception of an order of onion rings I ate a few days ago.  Not homemade and low carb but a crappy order from a burger joint.  I don’t even like how I feel after I eat them but it seems weird to eat a bunless burger and not have something on the side.

That’s it for me this week.  How are things going for you?  Let me know in the comments!
