It’s time for another Weightloss Wednesday and this is one I’ve been looking forward to this one for a while. I’m at 275, which mean I’m down 25 Lbs for the year! This is probably the smallest I’ve been in well over a decade and it’s so cool to see the differences in my body. That feels so good to say!
In this week’s video, I discuss how I feel about reaching this milestone and I continue to talk about what I’ve learned in the last weeks of reading and studying what happens when we eat certain foods. The big idea is I am more sure than ever that the key to weightloss is to blunt your body’s insulin response when you eat. As I have begun to focus more on this idea, I’ve seen success come easier and quicker.
